08/17/2008-To celebrate the Week of the Family, the Council has decided to hold an old fashioned Ice Cream Social at 1 PM on August 17th following the Child Crisis Center Support effort. The event will be held at the Weinerschnitzel located on the corner of Dyer and Fairbanks. All Knights, their spouse, children and grandchildren will receive a free ice cream cone courtesy of the Council. Those without spouse or children may bring one guest of their choosing.
