Combined with membership, insurance and council per capita requirements, the prestigious Star Council Award is judged on the timely filing of the required reports. All forms can be found in the Council Reports Forms Booklet sent to each Grand Knight and are listed on the Supreme Council website - kofc.org where they can be filed electronically - - see "Some Tips" item 4 and 5 when filing electronically. Additionally, they are available on the State website by clicking on the Downloads button on the State home page.
1. Submit the forms for the current fraternal year even if the officers and service program personnel remain the same.
2. Ensure that copies forwarded to the Texas State Council are legible or they will not be accepted.
3. For Inactive Councils… The District Deputy must submit these forms for those councils in his district. Submit the form with council number and mark across the form "INACTIVE" - Sign and mail to Supreme and the Texas State Council.
4. When filing electronically send a copy to yourself to ensure that the reports were received and accepted.
5. You must list the email address for the State Office (jramirez@tkofc.org) and District Deputy copies. The report is not transmitted without the email address.
