Brothers, we have learned over the years that "Effective Programs" = "Membership Growth and Retention". To establish "Effective Programs", you need to:

Plan and conduct wholesome Church, Family, Youth, Family and Community events.

Focus on this fraternal year's theme "Lift High The Cross". Introduce this theme in every event possible.

Never lose sight of who and what we are, the Texas Knights of Columbus - a Catholic, fraternal organization established to help our Church, our Families and those around us.

By planning these activities in all five areas and involving as many members and families as possible, membership and insurance growth will happen and you will have all the qualifications to achieve the Supreme Council Star Council Award and the Texas Lone Star Award of Excellence. Plan and conduct wholesome Church, Family, Youth, Family and Community events.
