2nd Annual Bay Fishing Tournament

Bishop Thomas J. Drury Council 11107, Corpus Christi Cathedral Parish will host their 2nd Annual Bay Fishing Tournament aboard the Island Queen Fishing boat out of Woody’s Sport Center in Port Aransas, TX on Saturday March 27, 2010.  We will fish from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Check-in starts at Noon.  Event is open to everyone the cost is only $40 donation entry fee that includes, bait, rod & reel and a meal afterward. “BAY FISHING TOURNAMENT” on The Island Queen Boat, located at Woody’s Sport CENTER, Port Aransas TX Saturday March 27, 2010

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, Bishop Thomas J. Drury Council 11107, Corpus Christi Cathedral Parish will host their 2nd Annual Bay Fishing Tournament aboard the Island Queen Fishing boat out of Woody’s Sport Center in Port Aransas, TX on Saturday March 27, 2010.  We will fish from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Check-in starts at Noon.  Event is open to everyone the cost is only $40 donation entry fee that includes, bait, rod & reel and a meal afterward.  Win $200 for largest fish, $100 2nd place and $50 3rd place.(May be paid out in Gift Cards if Sponsor is found)  This event to benefit our Charity and Scholarship fund. Hurry and sign up today limited to first 70 paid entries. We will have door prizes and a small raffle as well, check in at Noon and event from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM during door prizes give away’s and awards presentation.

Throughout the year, we raise funds to aid the special needs of our Dioceses, and some of these funds are for Special Programs such as the Special Olympics, the Disaster Relief, People with Special Need and the Educational Grants.  In addition, we support our Seminarians and offer scholarships to help High School Seniors.  Event sponsors are needed to help cover expenses, so please email or call to see how you can be part of this fantastic event to raise funds to help people in the Dioceses of Corpus Christi.
