The Knights of Columbus Pro-Life ACE Wings Award is earned by participating in five (5) or more Public Pro-Life activities in any 12-month period. Form may be submitted at any time. Upon receipt of this form by the State Pro-Life Chairman, a set of ACE Wings will be presented to the applicant.
