Charter Presentation for Council 15365

Patrick Quinlan presented the Charter to the Council in a ceremony which included the oath of office of the new officers.
Pictured are members of the new St. Paul the Apostle Council 15365 located at Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Seated in the picture is the first Grand Knight of the new Council, Joe Wilkens to the left of the Charter and seated to the right is Father Ruben Patino, Council Chaplin and Parish Priest for St. Paul the Apostle Chapel, Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Attending the presentation were all the members of the new council along with their wives. Others in attendance included Diocesan Deputy, Bill Harris and Field Agent, Douglas DeGroot.
