Silver Rose Award presented from the Fourth Degree District 4 of Laredo!

This award is called the Silver Rose Award presented from the Fourth Degree District 4 of Laredo. This years recipient is Francisco Javier Perez, from Council 2304 in Laredo. Francisco received this award for his dedication and participation in the planning and organization of the Silver Rose since 1971.
This picture is of all seven of the roses which represents one rose for each Fourth Degree districts in Texas and Oklahoma.
