St.. Jerome Knights serve Local Pregnancy Center

The Knights of Council 13005 serve the BBQ meal at the Care Net Pregnancy Center Fundraiser.
On January 22nd the Knights from St. Jerome Council 13005 served the Waco Pro-life community a Bar-B-Q dinner with baked goods for dessert. The Knights have served the Care-Net Bar-B-Q dinner since 2009. The project was headed up by the council Pro-Life Director Larry Thomas.
This is a major fund raiser for Care Net as they offer to a pro-life solution to unplanned pregnancies. The Knights and their ladies served 905 people from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm representing 67 churches. No-one walked away hungry. The briskets were cooked by men from Columbus Avenue Baptist Church our partner in the pro-life campaign.
