Councils are encouraged to turn in sold coupons frequently.  Deadline to turn in all coupons sold or unsold is October 12,2007

Directions

  • DONATION:Donation is $10.00.  Each ticket is valid 10 weeks of the pro football season starting October 30,2007 and ending December 30,2007.
  • FILL OUT STUB:Participants must PRINT LEGIBLY their name, address, and telephone number on the stub.  Put your name on the bottom line of the stub.  You keep the stub and give the player the ticket.
  • MONEY:Turn in all the stubs with the collected money (see below).
  • 4 TEAMS WEEKLY:There are 32 pro football teams.  Tickets have 4 teams each week and the 4 teams change weekly.  No two tickets have the same 4 teams each week.
  • DATES:Week #1 is October 28th.  Week #2 is November 4th.   Week #3 is November 11th, etc.
  • PRIZES:Prizes are awarded weekly to the ticket holders with the 4 teams that score the most or the least number of points.  These 4-team totals are called the "Highest 4-Team Totals" and the "Lowest 4-Team Totals".  The prizes for these winners are listed on the tickets.   $1,000 will be paid to the ticket holders with the "Highest" and the "Lowest" 4-Team totals each week.   TOTAL PRIZES will be $10,000.
  • WINNERS:Prizes are paid out automatically to winning ticket holders.
  • BYE WEEKS:The scores from the previous week's game will be used for teams that are not scheduled to play on any given week.
  • TIES:It makes no difference whether teams win or lose.  In case of ties, prizes are combined and split.
  • CHECK RESULTS ON-LINE:Results can be checked on-line by going to http://wwww.tkofc.org and clicking on the Football Frenzy logo.  Results are posted for these ten weeks.  Use your browser's address bar and not a search engine such as Yahoo or Google.
  • Winners are notified and paid out automatically by the State Office.
  • REMITTANCE:Remittance for coupons sold should be made by a Council check made payable to Texas Knights.   Include a copy of the "Council Sales Record" and mail along with coupons and check.   The council should retain the original sales record.
