The Texas State Council Knights of Columbus is men’s Catholic Family Fraternal Service Organization looking for a highly skilled Executive Secretary. He reports to the State Deputy and State Officers. The Executive Secretary will oversee the strategic and operational efficiencies of the State Office and staff. Experience in hiring and managing staff is essential, and established relationships with the members and the State Family Leadership is a plus. Above all, the Executive Secretary must demonstrate effective leadership and clear communication skills.
Full-time position with salary estimated at $5,500 to $6,000 per month based on experience, plus generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, with contributions to a retirement fund.

The screening process may include one or more interview sessions conducted virtually by Zoom or other meeting tool, and/or a personal interview in Austin, Texas. Interviews will be conducted in November and/or December 2023. Upon hire, the Executive Secretary will be required to relocate to the Austin area and begin work by 3/1/2024.
